To use a domain that is currently being used for another website you will have to either: 1) Give us access to your domain registrar account so we can change the DNS settings 2) Change the DNS settings yourself
The new DNS settings need to be: NS.RACKSPACE.COM NS2.RACKSPACE.COM NOTE: These two name servers should be in your DNS settings in position 1 & 2. Leave any other entry fields for DNS settings BLANK.
VERY IMPORTANT! Once the DNS settings are changed your old website will no longer be able to be accessed.
