The Wish List allows someone that is on your website to compile a list of styles with the options to:


1) Print their Wish List (so they can bring it to your store)

2) Send to a friend (sends an email with a link to their Wish List to their friend, the program captures the sent/to emails)

3) Send us your Wish List (sends you an email with a link to their Wish List). The “Send Us Your Wish List t” option allows a customer to let you know that she is interested in items that she has seen on your website. You have the option to turn this option off or you can leave it on and select auto reply. Auto reply will automatically send an email with this text to the sender:

“We received your Wish list and we LOVE your selection! Please call us during store hours and we will be happy to service you.

Better yet, print out your Wish List and bring it with you to our store!”


You can override this default message by adding your own text in the General Settings.


When they send a friend they can select a comment from a pull down menu that will be included in the email. These comments can be changed in the General Settings section of your Admin Panel, toward the bottom. We have already added a few generic questions like, “What do you think of this for me?” You can edit these and add your own.


When they send the wish list to you; instead of a pull down bar with pre-written messages, they can add a message and their telephone #.


In General Settings you will see a link for “Export to Excel”; this Excel spreadsheet lists all of the “to and from” names & email addresses as well as the link that was emailed for “Email to a Friend” and “Send Wish List” activity on your website.


You can also add text that will appear at the bottom of the Wish List, you can add the HTML link to your registration form in this text. If you redirect the consumer to your registration form this will by-pass Auto Reply and Send to Us OFF. Your customer will be able to enter your requested info into the Registration Form before submitting the wish list to you.


You can review their wish list to see if they are interested in something that you have in stock in their size or if you want recommend a style from their selection, all you have to do is click the link to view their list. You can by email with something like:

“We have the Jovani Style #12345 Black in a size 6 that was on your Wish List in stock and we can ship it today! If you process your order by Friday we will give you Free Shipping anywhere in the USA!


When you reply to the email it will include the link so they can click to see the Wish List that they created. They can add any item(s) from the Wish List to the Shopping Cart, if you are taking online orders on that item. If not then you would need to include instructions on how they would purchase an item from you in your email.
